SENIOR VOICE ENGINEER

Originull Networks is currently seeking a qualified Senior Voice Engineer with solid experience in Cisco technologies. The Senior Voice Engineer will serve as a lead technical consultant, and must be comfortable interfacing with clients, mentoring junior staff, troubleshooting, and supporting UC and network infrastructure. Candidates must possess 5-10 years of related IP telephony design/implementation experience including: Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Presence, and Cisco UCCX.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting and support services to customers including translating business requirements into technical requirements, developing or recommending unified communications solutions that meet customer needs, and conducting unified communications assessments.
  • Provide planning, design, and implementation services throughout installation life cycle including application and hardware upgrades, and solution optimization.
  • Create deliverable documents for customers and deliver presentations to engineering staff and management.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco VoIP systems, software, and hardware including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and UCCX.
  • Direct experience with configuring Cisco routers and switches to support VoIP.
  • Deep understanding of Quality of Service (QoS) issues.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, H.323, MGCP, SIP, and related protocols.
  • Familiarity with other telephony technologies including faxing, instant messaging, ACD, IVR, and PBX's.
  • Good project management skills.
  • CCNP Voice certification or above.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • System-administrator level knowledge of UCM and UCCX, including VOS CLI.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or similar field.

MARKETING AND SALES INTERN (UNPAID)

Originull Networks is currently seeking a qualified Marketing and Sales Intern with social media experience. The Marketing and Sales Intern will serve in a marketing and sales support role, and must be comfortable interfacing with clients. Candidates must possess familiarity with major social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with marketing and sales objectives by collecting marketing and sales information, preparing and completing action plans, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
  • Assists with the development and execution of an integrated social media strategy and maintenance of social media accounts.
  • Assists in identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer needs, opportunities for market expansion, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Sustains positive rapport with key accounts, exploring their specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  •  Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  •  Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate marketing major.
